Default Best field in Telecom?

In terms of career which filed/department is has most prospects in telecom industry e.g. RF , Core Networks, Transmission , VAS, application development etc ?

i think Tx is the best. its vital for all communication type GSM, PSTN, DATA.....etc

hi to all members,
i need help for my thesis.
I need to know full list of equipment used in the GSM network like the names of the MSC switches, name of transceiver and the name of the amplifiers and other necessary equipment used in GSM network.

If you know please let me know.
