help in read ss7 trace

Hi!
I have platform and board which route ss7 traffic. I have 2 problem on platform connected (as I think) with configuration of the routing board. But I'm new in ss7. Can anyone see in ss7 trace (attach) and may be advise me what can be wrong in settings?

Problems:
1. When we send from platform MT SM this message send successfully, but platform cannot get confirmation (FORWARD_SHORT_MESSAGE_CONF) and try send message again.
2. When we send MO SM it cannot achieve platform, but Soac return MO SM to sender (may be it due to wrong recipient GT).
