Opensource HLR emulator|simulator

Hi All,

Does any one now an opensource HLR sim/emulator to download, I already found few on the Internet but none of them is working.

I'm trying to develop an SMSC, SIGTRAN, under linux.

I am not sure about HLR, but you can get a HSS for IMS. may be that can help you in something

search for openims
ericsson also has a ims simulator available freely
