Can I configure my handset for CLIR override by sending SS7 signals?

Hi

Suppose I'd be able to send SS7 signals to HLRs, would I be able to configure my own private handset for CLIR override? Or would this need to be configured in the MNO's customer database for me?

Network operator has all the control, you cannot do that
